1 lettuce leaf
1 pineapple, sliced
1-1/3 tbsp. salmon
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Mayonnaise

Instructions

Place a crisp lettuce leaf on a plate and place on it a slice of pineapple. Put 2 dessertspoons of red salmon on top of pineapple. Add salt and pepper to taste and a squeeze of lemon; pour over a little mayonnaise. Serve one to a person.
