3 | fresh Pinata apples | 8 | thin slices of white cheddar cheese | 8 slices | of smoked bacon | 1 tsp. | black pepper | 2 tbsp. | brown sugar | 4 tbsp. | butter (2 tbsp. melted) | 8 slices | of good sourdough bread |

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 F
Peel the Piñata Apples, then slice them into ½ inch wedges.
In a sauté pan, cook the butter, pepper & Brown Sugar for about 2 minutes on medium high heat. Add the apples and brown for 5 minutes, stirring consistently to avoid burning.
Remove apple sand place on a plate for later use. Add the bacon to the pan and simmer slowly on low heat until crisp and fragrant.
Wash the melted butter evenly on the slices of bread with a pastry brush.
Place the cheese eon both slices of bread, place two slices of crisped bacon on the cheese and build the apples into the mix. Sandwich the two sides together and bake for 10 minutes in oven to melt cheese and heat thoroughly. Slice and serve.
