3 cups plain yogurt
1 cup chopped organic pineapple
1/2 cup organic unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup agave nectar

Instructions

Before assembly: Chill yogurt and pineapple in separate bowls in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Whisk together, yogurt, pineapple, coconut and agave in a large bowl.

Add to ice cream maker (I use the Cuisinart which makes 1-1/2 quarts of ice cream). Process for 20 minutes. Serve.
