5 lbs. flour
2 tbsp. salt
1-1/2 lb. lard
2 cups shortening

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together until crumbly. Store in tightly-covered container until needed. Refrigerate.

When ready to bake pies, combine 3 cups mix with 1/3 cup milk. This ratio will make enough dough for two 9-inch pies.
