Instructions
Mix mashed potatoes, cheddar and minced dry onion. Grease 2 quart casserole. Layer ingredients starting with 1/3 of the noodles, 1/3 of the cheese, 1/3 of the potato mixture and 1/3 of the sauteed onions. Repeat two more times. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

This casserole tastes as good as the real thing - except with very little effort. Try it once and you will surely want to have it again.
