1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup milk, room temperature
Ruffles or
any ridged chips

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat until lumps are gone. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Eat with potato chips and it will blow your mind.

On the right track but WAY too much garlic! Maybe 1 1/2 tsp? Also, I added about 1/4 cup of mayonnaise to this and it brought to a better consistency....
