Really simple: cut the pepper in 8 vertically. Do the same with the mushroom and the onion in an "julienne" like style. Pile up a piece of each, add a fair amount of hot sauce, and wrap it up in bacon. Do the same with remaining vegies. Broil in the oven for 5 to 10 min: done!
