5 | ripe avacados, pitted and peeled | 1 | sm. ripe tomato, diced | 1/4 | red onion, diced | 2 | lemons, juice of | 1/2 to 1 tsp. | hot pepper jelly | 1/2 tbsp. | fresh cilantro, chopped | 1/4 tsp. | paprika | 1/4 tsp. | cumin | 1/8 tsp. | cayenne powder | 2 cloves | garlic, minced | 2 to 3 dashes | Mexican hot sauce | | Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste | | Chili powder (optional) |

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl or mixer, add avacado flesh, garlic, cilantro and seasonings. In a seperate container mix together lemon juice, hot sauce and hot pepper jelly with a fork until smooth. Add mixture to mixing bowl. Blend together until reaching the desired consistency. Garnish with onion and tomato and serve.
