Ingredients
| 3 gal. | tomatoes | | 12 | lg. onions | | 2 | sweet peppers | | 3 | hot peppers | | 1 stalk | celery | | 3 lbs. | sugar | | 5 tbsp. | salt | | 1 tsp. | mustard | | 3 to 4 drops | white wine vinegar | | 1/4 lb. | whole pickling spice (in cheesecloth bag) |

Instructions
Chop all vegetables and put in a large pickling pot. Add remaining ingredients and boil for about 3 hours or longer if you want it thicker.
