Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line jelly roll pan (15x10x1-inch) with graham crackers; sprinkle evenly with marshmallows. In a small saucepan, melt brown sugar and butter together over medium heat. Bring to boil and cook until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes), stirring constantly to prevent burning. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour evenly over marshmallows, and then sprinkle with peanuts. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan and then cut into squares.
