Paul Lynde Pineapple Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
1 | onion | 1 | green pepper | 2 stalks | celery | 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) | mushroom soup | 1 can | (lg.) tuna fish (preferably in water) | 1/2 can | dry chinese noodles | 1 can (4 oz.) | drained mushrooms | 1 can | pineapple chunks, drained |

Instructions
Cut up onion, green pepper, celery into small pieces and either boil until tender or microwave until tender. Put in 3 quart casserole and add soup, drained tuna, 1/2 tin chinese noodles,drained mushrooms, drained pineapple. Mix all together. Dot top with butter.
Bake covered at 350°F for 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake additional l0 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle more dried noodles on top.

Another recipe from Paul Lynde's TV show - easy to make, inexpensive, and very tasty. Not your typical tuna casserole. Serve with hot rolls and a nice spinach salad with Asian dressing.
