Pasta Shells with Shrimp and Green Beans in Garlic Oil

Ingredients
1/4 cup | olive oil | 1/4 tsp. | crushed dried red pepper | 2 tbsp. | thinly slivered sundried tomatoes | 8 oz. | pasta shells | 2 cloves | garlic, crushed | 8 oz. | shrimp, shelled, deveined and chopped | 2 tbsp. | Italian parsley | 8 oz. | green beans, chopped in 1-inch segments |

Instructions
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet and stir in garlic and red pepper; saute over low heat for 1 minute. Raise heat to high and add shrimp. Saute, stirring constantly, until they become pink (about 3 minutes -- do not overcook). Stir in the sundried tomatoes and parsley. Remove from heat. Toss shrimp mixture, shells and beans together. Serve at once.
