2 dried red chilies, crumbled
6 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
12 oz. pasta of your choice
3 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Instructions

Warm chilis and garlic in olive oil until the garlic is fragrant. Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Cook pasta until al dente; drain. Serve pasta tossed with sauce and garnish with parsley.
