Overnight Cauliflower Salad

4 green onions, chopped
1 md. ripe tomato, diced
3 oz. Colby cheese, diced
1 rib celery, chopped
4 radishes, sliced
1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets

Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared horseradish, or
more to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
10 drops hot pepper sauce, or
to taste

Instructions

Combine salad ingredients and place in a large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients; blend well and pour over vegetables. Mix carefully. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight so flavors can blend.
