1 pkg. | (3 oz.) Oriental noodles (chicken) | 4 cups | shredded cabbage | 4 | spring onions, sliced | 2 tbsp. | sesame seed | 3 tbsp. | vinegar | 2 tbsp. | sugar | 2 tbsp. | salad oil | 1/2 tsp. | white pepper | 1/4 tsp. | salt | 1/2 cup | slivered almonds |

Instructions
Crush noodles slightly. Place in colander, pour boiling water over noodles to soften. Drain well. In a large bowl combine noodles, cabbage, onions and sesame seed. For dressing, in screw-top jar combine seasoning from noodles, vinegar, sugar, oil, pepper and salt. Shake to mix well. Pour over cabbage mixture and chill overnight. Stir in almonds before serving.
