1 | tub (475 g) Tre StelleĀ® Extra Smooth Ricotta Cheese | 1/4 cup (50) | confectioners sugar | 1/4 cup (50) | mini dark chocolate chips | 3 tbsp. (45) | freshly grated orange rind | 2 tbsp. | (30 mL) orange liquer (Grand Marnier, Triple Sec) | 8 | cannoli shells | | confectioners sugar for dusting if desired |

Instructions
Drain Ricotta Cheese to eliminate any excess liquid. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
No later than an hour before serving, place filling in a Ziploc bag, cut corner off of bag and carefully fill each cannoli with Ricotta Cheese filling.
Dust with confectioners sugar if desired and serve.
Makes 8 cannoli
