Orange Cannoli

1 tub (475 g) Tre StelleĀ® Extra Smooth Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup (50) confectioners sugar
1/4 cup (50) mini dark chocolate chips
3 tbsp. (45) freshly grated orange rind
2 tbsp. (30 mL) orange liquer (Grand Marnier, Triple Sec)
8 cannoli shells
confectioners sugar for dusting if desired


Drain Ricotta Cheese to eliminate any excess liquid. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
No later than an hour before serving, place filling in a Ziploc bag, cut corner off of bag and carefully fill each cannoli with Ricotta Cheese filling.
Dust with confectioners sugar if desired and serve.
