Mix contents of stuffing mix pouch with 1-2/3 cups water; set aside. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Spoon stuffing evenly over top. Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
I think it works better to use 1 to 1 1/3 cup of water with the stuffing, the recommended amount in the recipe makes the stuffing pretty soggy even after baking.
