2-1/2 lb. yellow summer squash
3 lg. eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. grated onion
Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

Grate the uncooked squash. Beat in remaining ingredients except for the oil. Drop by tablespoons into a little hot oil in skillet. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
