Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Blend in chocolate and vanilla, then flour. By hand, fold chopped cookies into batter at low speed. Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly. Bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on rack, then cut into squares.
