1 qt. low-fat buttermilk*
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, egg substitute to equal

Instructions

Combine. The batter will be rather thin. Cook on hot griddle (spray if desired) until golden brown.

*Or skim milk soured with 1 tbsp. lemon juice per cup.
