No Knead Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
3 cups | whole wheat flour | 1/2 cup | sugar | 2/3 cup | dry milk | 1/4 cup | soy flour | 2-1/2 tbsp. | wheat germ | 2 tbsp. | salt | 3 pkg. | dry yeast | 4-1/2 cup | water | 1/2 cup | oil | 2 | eggs | 5-1/2 cup | unbleached white flour |

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients (except white flour) in a large mixing bowl. Mix together water and oil and warm to 120°F-130°F in microwave. Beat eggs into water/oil. Add liquid ingredients into mixing bowl; blend at low speed until moistened.
Add unbleached white flour and stir in by hand. Cover and let rise until doubled. Stir down and pour into 2 large bread pans. Bake immediately at 375°F for 35-40 minutes. Remove from pan. Should sound deeply hollow when tappend on bottom. Cool on rack.
