Combine together 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. allspice. Cream 1/2 cup margarine with 1 cup of sugar. Blend in 2 eggs and 1 tsp. of vanilla, beating until light and fluffy. Add measured dry ingredients to sugar/margarine mixture alternately with one cup of milk. (Make 3 dry and 2 liquid additions, combining lightly after each.) Fold in raisins, partridge berries, and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.
