Nat's Fly-Off-the-Plate BBQ Baby Back Ribs

4 lbs. baby back ribs


3 tbsp. liquid smoke
2/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. bourbon
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped


Preheat oven to 300°F. Mix sauce ingredients. Place ribs in roasting pans, sprinkle with salt. Roast for 45 minutes. Baste ribs with some of the sauce. Roast another 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into individual ribs, return to roasting pan. Baste cut sides of ribs with rest of the sauce. Roast another 30 minutes.

These ribs are very easy to make. A wonderful tangy/sweet sauce and come out of the oven as tender as can be.
