2 qt. heavy cream
4 egg yolks
3 tbsp. beef jelly
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. mustard
3-1/2 oz. dill pickles
Salt
Pepper
1 oz. mustard seeds

Instructions

Mix the cream, egg yolks, beef jelly and mustard together and heat in microwave at HIGH for 5 minutes. Stir 1-2 times with wire wisk. Drain the pickles and slice thinly. Season sauce to taste and mix the pickles under. Put the mustard seeds in cup and heat in microwave for 1-1/2 minutes. Pour seeds over sauce.

Sauce is good with eggdishes and meatballs and fish.
