3 cups | of g. flour (basin) | 1/4 tsp. | bicarb powder | 1 tsp. | of ginger, garlic and chilli paste (mix) | 1 tsp. | of salt | 1 tsp. | of red chilli powder | 2 tsp. | of cumin seeds | 2 | onoins or | 2 | potatoes | | tbsp of oil |

Instructions
Put the gram flour, bicarb poweder and all the spices into a large mixing bowl and mix.
Add water- just enough to make a smooth paste.
Finally add either sliced onions OR potatoes and mix.
Gently spoon a small amount and shallow fry till golden and crispy.

Best served warm with a light salasa dip:)
