Mulled Tea Bag




2-1/2 tsp. tea leaves
2 cloves, whole
3 allspice, whole
1 tsp. crushly coarsed cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
6 fl. oz. boiling water


Place tea leaves, spices, and peels on a 5-inch cheesecloth square. Bring corners together and tie into bag with string. To brew tea, place bag in mug and add 6 fl. oz. boiling water; steep 4-5 minutes.
