1 cup Moore's Original Marinade
4 lean steaks, 1-inch thick
1 green bell pepper, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

Pour Moore’s Marinade over the steaks, turning to coat. Marinade in the refrigerator for ½ hour. Remove steaks from refrigerator and drain. Sear steaks on pre-heated grill 2 minutes on each side, basting frequently with fresh (unused) marinade. To serve, combine chopped vegetables and spoon over cooked steaks.
