1 pkg. chopped lettuce
2 cups tomatoes
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup cucumbers
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. vinegar or
apple cider
1 lb. salmon
1/4 tbsp. oregano
1/4 tbsp. salt
1 clove garlic
2 stalks green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)

Instructions

Clean salmon. Top with oregano, salt, garlic, onions and pepper. Put fish on a grill for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.

In a bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and cucumbers together. Mix oil, salt and vinegar together and combine with salad. Top with salmon. Enjoy!
