2 jars (1 pint each) | whole mushrooms | 3/4 cup | tarragon vinegar | 1/2 cup | salad oil | 1 clove | garlic, minced | 1 tsp. | sugar | 1/2 tsp. | salt | 1 dash | black pepper | 2 tsp. | water | 1 to 2 dash | Tabasco | 1 | lg. onion, cut in rings |

Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Add mushrooms and onions to vinaigrette. Best if marinated overnight.

Very easy appetizer to make. Serve in bowl with slotted spoon and toothpicks on side.
