4 chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1 can (1-1/4 lb.) pineapple chunks, drained, juice reserved
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp. rosemary

Instructions

Broil chick until lightly browned. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine juice with garlic, cornstarch, worcestershire sauce, mustard, rosemary, lemon juice, lime juice and red pepper in small bowl. Arrange chicken in a shallow casserole dish. Spinkle with salt. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes. Spoon pineapple over chicken. Bake 5 minutes longer.

I made this for my boyfriend's birthday. I had my family over to celebrate. Everyone from my grandparents to my little cousins loved it! Very Very Good!

I've made this dish twice. It's really easy to make and you can make it as spicy as you want. It's really good served on a bed of rice.
