Instructions
Boil, peel and dice sweet potatoes and potatoes. Boil peas. Cut tomatoes into quarters; peel and dice cucumbers. In a large bowl, place all the vegetables along with onions and chilies. Sprinkle with powdered spices, salt and lemon juice, and mix well.
