2-1/3 cup | all-purpose flour | 1-1/4 cup | sugar | 1/3 cup | unsweetened cocoa | 2 tsp. | baking powder | 1 tsp. | baking soda | 1/2 tsp. | salt | 1 cup | dairy sour cream | 1/3 cup | butter or | | margarine, melted | 2 | eggs, beaten | 1/4 cup | milk | 1 cup | mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate chips |

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 (3-1/2-inch) large muffin cups. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine sour cream, butter, eggs, and milk in small bowl until blended; stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in mint chips. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 1/2 full. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pans.
