Instructions
Mix cream cheese and sugar with mixer for 3 to 4 minutes on high. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill several hours.
Author's Comments
This makes a lot of filling. I made it with a large graham cracker crust, but you could probably divide it among two small crusts and put additional Cool Whip over the top, if desired.
