1 qt. | roma tomatoes with juice | 1 qt. | tomato juice | 2 cans (6 oz. each) | Italian seasoned tomato paste | 2 cans (6 oz. each) | plain tomato paste | 1/2 tsp. | celery seed | 2 tbsp. | Worcestershire sauce | | Salt and pepper to taste | 2 cloves | garlic, chopped | 1 tbsp. | oregano | 1 tbsp. | basil | 1 | onion, chopped and sautéed (optional) |

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in large skillet and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up tomatoes. You may add browned ground beef if desired.
