Ingredients
1 tbsp. | olive oil | 1 can (8 oz.) | tomato sauce | 1/4 tsp. | pepper | 1 tbsp. | steak sauce | 1 cup | chopped orange or | | red bell pepper | 1 cup | chopped red onion | 2 lbs. | ground beef | 2 | eggs | 2 tsp. | garlic salt | 1/2 cup | matzah (matzo) meal | | Chili sauce | | Butter or | | margarine (to grease pan) |

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Saute peppers in olive oil over medium heat until soft (about 3 or 4 minutes). Add onions and continue to saute for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine ground beef and tomato sauce, steak sauce, eggs, garlic salt and pepper. Add matzah meal; mix thouroughly.
Remove onions and peppers from heat, let stand a few minutes. Once cool, mix the peppers and onions with the meat mixture. Mold into bread shape, and place in a greased bread pan.
Cook for 60 (medium) to 80 (well done) minutes.
During the last 20 minutes, remove from oven and add thin layer of
chili sauce to the top. Increase temperature to 400°F and return to oven.

Matzah (matzo) meal can be found in the ethnic isle at most grocery stores.
You can also use Matzo Ball Mix (Manischewitz is a common brand).
