Mascarpone Havarti Cheese Ball

Ingredients
1/2 cup (125) | Tre Stelle® Mascarpone | 2 cups (500) | Havarti Cheese, shredded | 1/2 cup (125) | sour cream | 1/4 cup (50) | green onion, chopped | 2 tbsp. (30) | Dijon-style mustard | 1 tbsp. (15) | horseradish | 1 tsp. (5) | crushed red chili flakes, if desired | | Garnish | 1 cup (250) | sliced hazelnuts or | | fresh parsley, chopped finely |

Instructions
In a medium bowl add all ingredients and stir until smooth. Taste and add extra seasoning and chili flakes if desired. Refrigerate mixture until firm ““ approximately 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and shape into a ball. Roll ball in sliced hazelnuts or chopped parsley. Alternatively roll into 1” balls and roll in a variety of garnishes (poppy seeds, black pepper, chopped mixed herbs or nuts) and served as a cocktail size appetizer.
Makes approximately 10 -12 servings
