Mascarpone Havarti Cheese Ball



10 to 12 servings



1/2 cup (125) Tre Stelle® Mascarpone
2 cups (500) Havarti Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup (125) sour cream
1/4 cup (50) green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. (30) Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. (15) horseradish
1 tsp. (5) crushed red chili flakes, if desired
1 cup (250) sliced hazelnuts or
fresh parsley, chopped finely


In a medium bowl add all ingredients and stir until smooth. Taste and add extra seasoning and chili flakes if desired. Refrigerate mixture until firm ““ approximately 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and shape into a ball. Roll ball in sliced hazelnuts or chopped parsley. Alternatively roll into 1” balls and roll in a variety of garnishes (poppy seeds, black pepper, chopped mixed herbs or nuts) and served as a cocktail size appetizer.

Makes approximately 10 -12 servings
