2 cans (8 oz. each) almond paste
2 lg. egg whites
2 tbsp. amaretto
1-1/3 tbsp. almond extract
4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup cornstarch
1 lb. Hershey's special dark chocolate
5 squares unsweetened chocolate

Instructions

In a large bowl, cut almond paste into chunks; add egg whites, 2 tablespoons amaretto, 4 teaspoons almond extract. Mix well. Gradually add 4 cups powdered sugar (small amount at a time) to stiffen. Melt chocolates together over double boiler (or melt in microwave). Dip balls in chocolate and chill in refrigerator.

I'm looking up recipes and stuff for a report on family backgrounds in school, and I found this recipe very helpful. Also, I'm considering trying it. It sounds pretty good! Thanks Robyn.

I think that there was to much almond in it. Personally, I like it, but the people I made it for didn't.
