1 ball 340 g Tre Stelle® Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 3/4” cubes
1 tbsp. 15 mL Italian parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp. 30 mL fresh basil, finely chopped
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. 5 mL red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. 2 mL salt
1/2 tsp. 2 mL black pepper
1 tbsp. 15 mL grated lemon rind
2 tbsp. 30 mL lemon juice
1/2 cup 125 mL olive oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl, cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator overnight or up to 2 days. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving. Makes approximately 2 cups
