Cut bologna into about 1/4 inch strips. Arrange in one layer in cold non-stick pan and cook until bottom is browned. Drain; blot with paper towels. Return to heat, add maple syrup, cook for 20-30 seconds while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and place on bread slices. Enjoy!
