1 cup | evaporated Palm Sugar | | 2-25mg scoops of stevia (the tiny spoon that comes in the jar) | 6 cups | of cranberries (I used 2-3 cup bags) | 3 | mandarin oranges, peeled, cut into half, then thirds |

Instructions
Heat the above together on low in waterless skillet or double boiler. Stir occasionally and cook until cranberries pop. Remove from heat, cool and serve.
