Homemade Cranberry Sauce with Palm Sugar and Stevia

1 cup evaporated Palm Sugar
2-25mg scoops of stevia (the tiny spoon that comes in the jar)
6 cups of cranberries (I used 2-3 cup bags)
3 mandarin oranges, peeled, cut into half, then thirds

Instructions

Heat the above together on low in waterless skillet or double boiler. Stir occasionally and cook until cranberries pop. Remove from heat, cool and serve.
