Instructions
Heat to boiling the sugar, celery seed, mustard seed, tumeric, vinegar and water. Add the chopped vegetables; simmer for 3 minutes. Pour into washed and scalded jars; seal.

This is delicious. Meant to be used as a relish, but many have been known to eat it out of the jar until it is gone.
