Macaroni and Cheese

I love mac and cheese, and have it for every gathering our family get together, and get many request for it when planning a pot luck

3 cups macaroni
1-3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup half-and-half
2 lg. eggs
3/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 lb. mozzarella
8 oz. monterey jack
8 oz. sharp cheddar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. black pepper
6 slices crisp bacon
Paprika, optional for garnish
Additional butter for baking dish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. generously grease 13x9 baking dish.Bring water to boil in a large pot, with added salt, then add macaroni. cook until aldente,drain the macaroni and return to pot and add the 1/4 c butter, toss until coated and the butter has melted.
In a large bowl whisk the eggs until slightly beaten, add milks, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder,chilli powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp kosher salt.
In baking dish add 1/2 of macaroni,top with 1 c of each cheese, add the remainder of macaroni and top with the remainder of cheeses, pour the milk mixture evenly over macaroni and cheese, top with crisp bacon, bake in preheated fo 30-40 minutes
