4 egg whites, whipped
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder with carob, sifted together
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour
1 cup marshmallow cream

Instructions

Preheat oven at 325°F. Prepare a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, and flour. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and marshmallow cream. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour mixture in to prepared pan. Bake for 18 minutes.
