1 can white chicken packed in water
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 cup diced pineapple, drained
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 tsp. Accent (MSG)
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 lettuce leaves
3 tomatoes, quartered

Instructions

Drain water off chicken. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except lettuce and tomatoes. Mix well. Chill for 2 hours. Serve on 1 crisp lettuce leaf and garnish with 2 tomato wedges.
