2/3 cup liquid shortening
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 13x9-inch cake pan. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool.
