Ingredients
| 2 cans | minced clams, drained (reserve liquid for sauce) | | 6 tbsp. | butter or | | olive oil | | 1/2 cup | finely chopped onions | | 2 cloves | garlic, minced | | 1-1/2 cup | chicken broth | | 2/3 cup | dry white wine | | 1-1/4 cup | clam juice (include reserved liquid) | | 1/2 tsp. | finely chopped parsley | | 1/4 tsp. | pepper | | 1 cup | grated Parmesan cheese | | Chopped parsley for garnish | | Linguini |

Instructions
Melt 6 tablespoons butter in pan. Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add chicken broth, wine, clam juice. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Add clams. Heat until bubbly again; wait until this sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over linguine noodles - toss to coat.
