Reduce lilikoi concentrate by half. While reducing, cut flour into butter and press into baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
For filling, mix eggs, sugar, concentrate, and salt. Mix flour and baking powder together then add to egg mixture. Pour evenly onto crust and bake for another 25 minutes or until filling is carmelized on top. Dust with powdered sugar.
