Roll out cresent dough. Cut each triangle into thirds. Starting from the widest end, wrap up a li'l smokey. The ends of the sausage should stick out of the sides.
Bake in the oven according to the crescent dough recipe.
Serve immediately with a bowl of honey mustard sauce for dipping. Add toothpicks if you want.

These are a GREAT snack. I've never tried them with any sausage other that li'l smokies, so I don't know how they would be with, say, mini-hotdogs. The smokey flavor of the sausage really sets this snack apart.
