1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp. minced red onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Instructions

Mash avocado and lime juice with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in the yogurt, red onion, salt, pepper and cumin.
