Lemon Garlic Pasta

1 lb. pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
Black pepper and salt to taste


Cook pasta as directed; drain and set aside. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and red pepper flakes until fragranat, about 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add pasta, lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley. Toss well to coat and serve.

Author's Comments

This recipe is fast and easy! If your tastes buds can't handle it, use less red pepper flakes, but I like a little kick! Enjoy!
